Lincoln Lane ("I," "me," or "my") is a licensed insurance professional serving clients in British Columbia and Alberta. I respect your privacy and I'm committed to protecting the personal information you share with me. This Privacy Policy explains what I collect, why, how I use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, the booking calendar and the forms on it.

I handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the privacy laws of British Columbia and Alberta, and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

1. Information I collect

When you book a call, fill out a form or contact me, I may collect:

• Contact details you give me, such as your name, phone number and email address.
• Information about your situation that you choose to share, such as your work, your business, your income range and the coverage you're interested in, so I can prepare for our call.
• Technical and usage data, such as your IP address, browser, device and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
• Marketing source data, such as the ad or link that brought you here, so I know which of my ads are working.

2. How I use your information

• To book, confirm and remind you about your call.
• To prepare for the call and show you your options and what they would cost.
• To contact you by phone, text message or email about your request, as you agreed to when you booked or submitted a form.
• To answer your questions and look after you as a client.
• To improve this website and my advertising.
• To meet my legal, regulatory and insurance industry obligations.

3. Consent

When you book a call or submit a form, you agree to be contacted by me by phone, text and email about your request and related insurance products. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Your choices below). Withdrawing consent may limit what I can do for you.

4. How I share your information

I do not sell your personal information. I only share it when it's needed to do what you asked, including with:

• Insurance companies whose products you ask me to quote, when that's needed to get a quote or put coverage in place.
• Service providers that help me run my business, such as my scheduling, client management, hosting, email and analytics tools. They have to protect your information and can only use it to provide their service to me.
• Authorities or regulators, when the law requires it or to protect my legal rights.

5. Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to make the site work, measure how it performs and understand how my ads perform. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Turning some off may affect how the site works.

6. How long I keep it

I keep your personal information only as long as I need it for the reasons in this policy, for my business records and to meet legal and regulatory requirements. After that, I take reasonable steps to delete it securely or make it anonymous.

• Ask to see the personal information I have about you, and ask me to correct it if it's wrong.
• Withdraw your consent and ask me to stop contacting you, by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting me directly.
• Ask me to delete your personal information, subject to my legal and regulatory obligations.

9. Changes to this policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When I do, I'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated policy.
